About The Job

Position: Software & Data Science Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$75/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 15–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author tasks that test an AI's ability to reason over technical documentation and follow precise instructions.
- Develop complex, multi-step requests using real-world workspace files such as technical specs and architecture docs.
- Evaluate AI model outputs against objective evaluation rubrics and ground truth outputs.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure the accuracy and structure of AI-generated outputs.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in Software engineering or Data science & analytics.
