About Us
We are a med-tech company leveraging cutting-edge AI to build scalable, regulatory-grade tools for video-based motor assessments. As part of our growing technical team, we’re looking for a highly capable and motivated DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems that power AI-driven clinical research and digital health innovation.
About The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and self-motivated DevOps Engineer to manage and scale our cloud-based infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in building, automating, and maintaining our production environment while collaborating closely with our full-stack development team to deliver reliable and secure systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in creating efficient, well-documented, and scalable infrastructure solutions that support cutting-edge digital health technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and building our production infrastructure (e.g. GCP, Docker, GitHub pipelines)
- Automating infrastructure deployment (multiple regions with region-specific requirements)
- Collaborating with the full-stack team in the design, development and delivery of key features
- Contribute to technical design meetings with your own unique perspective and expertise
- Documenting decisions and your work to a high degree

- Proven development and engineering experience of delivery into production
- Previous experience of building and managing cloud-based infrastructure
- Solid grasp of chatops, security, and operational reporting
- Good communication skills and ability to work autonomously
- Three years of experience as a software engineer, with at least two years with DevOps responsibilities
Desirable
- Experience working in HIPAA/27001 regulated environments
