I am supporting a HR Technology Company who are looking for Software Engineer to help them improve & build their core HR Platform.
You'll be joining an engineering team of roughly 30 people and build robust and scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, Node & AWS.
They promote a heavily collaborative and team driven environment + a real emphasis on code quality & creating the best product for their customers.
They are mainly remote but meet up once a month in London so you will need to be in the London catchment area and happy with this policy
What you'll be doing
Delivering high-quality, well-tested code for customer and colleague-facing web applications Supporting technical decision-making in your squad and contributing to design discussions Evaluating architecture choices with scalability and performance in mind Deploying cloud-based services and leveraging open-source alongside custom-built tooling Driving code quality, test coverage, and security best practices across your team Promoting our work to the wider technology industry — giving great exposure to you and your craft

Production experience across our core stack (or strong equivalents) Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, single page apps and progressive web applications Knowledge of monorepo architectures and cloud-based service deployment The ability to translate complex technical concepts into language anyone can understand Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Fully remote with one in-person day per month in London. This is a permanent position offering genuine technical influence, a collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to work on products that matter.
Paying up to £75,000 + 10% pension contribution + 10% benefits contribution
