About the Role
Are you an ambitious developer looking to make a measurable impact on a rapidly growing global platform? Epos Now is expanding! We are looking for a driven Software Engineer to join our core Engineering department right here in Norwich.
This is an incremental growth role where you will take direct ownership of a high-profile initiative: the Delivery of our brand-new Embedded Accountancy project. You will be working on building seamless data pipelines, handling transactional ledger logic, and integrating financial architectures deeply into our cloud-based ecosystem.

- Project Delivery: Actively design, develop, and push the features required to successfully launch and scale our Embedded Accountancy platform.
- System Design: Write clean, modular, and testable code while maintaining efficient database communication.
- Collaboration: Join internal technical discussions, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and learn from senior engineers to expand your skills.
What We Are Looking For:
- Technical Foundations: Commercial experience or a strong academic background writing clean code (experience with backend logic, database structures, or complex data manipulation is highly preferred).
- Problem Solvers: Someone who enjoys structural data challenges, third-party API integrations, or financial/ledger workflows.
- Proximity: Ability to work out of our Norwich Head Office (Unit 7).
