Our client is seeking a Software Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering large-scale digital products used by a global audience. Software Engineer
Location: Remote-First - 2x/month onsite, Oxfordshire.
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Up to £75k base + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

As a Software Engineer II, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and improving customer-facing features while working alongside product, data, design, and engineering teams.

About You
You may already have experience in areas such as:
- Developing software applications using Java, C#, Go, Python, or similar technologies.
- Building web applications and APIs.
- Working with relational databases and modern development practices.
- Solving technical problems using strong computer science fundamentals.
- Contributing to distributed systems or cloud-based applications.
- Collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Using data and metrics to understand the impact of your work.
Experience with any of the following would be beneficial, but is by no means essential:
- AWS or other cloud platforms
- React or modern frontend frameworks
- NoSQL databases
- Automated testing and CI/CD practices
- Monitoring and observability tools
