Software Engineer in Test
Quality Engineer Build quality into every release
We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Engineer who thrives in modern engineering environments and is passionate about building quality into products—not testing it at the end.
You’ll work alongside engineers to improve reliability, reduce defects, and deliver with confidence, embedding quality across the entire development lifecycle—from early design decisions through to production insights.

What you’ll do
- Drive quality strategy across CI/CD pipelines using an automation-first approach
- Identify and mitigate risks in architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Validate backend services and distributed systems
- Strengthen integration and contract testing between services
- Improve release confidence through metrics, logs, and observability
- Collaborate with developers to enhance testability and system reliability
- Optimise test data management across environments

What you bring
- ~5+ years as a hands-on Quality Engineer in CI/CD environments
- Strong experience with automated testing (unit, integration, contract, E2E)
- Proven ability to test APIs, backend systems, and distributed architectures
- Experience in B2C, SaaS, or high-scale environments
- A data-driven mindset focused on measurable quality improvement
