We at Coforge are hiring for AI Driven Test Automation Engineer with the following Skillset:
Lead SDET / Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in AI-driven testing and enterprise-scale automation frameworks. The role will focus on designing intelligent, scalable test strategies and driving innovation through GenAI-led automation across complex, multi-platform environments. AI-led Test Automation Leader driving next-generation quality engineering through GenAI, scalable automation frameworks, and DevOps integration
Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade test automation frameworks across web, mobile, API, and cloud platforms • Drive AI-led testing initiatives, including: o GenAI-based test generation o RAG-based validation systems o Intelligent regression optimisation • Own end-to-end test lifecycle management, including: o Test strategy definition o Estimation & planning o Governance & reporting • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Deliver high-volume, high-performance automation solutions, particularly across APIs and distributed systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality engineering practices are embedded across delivery • Lead innovation initiatives and PoCs to continuously improve automation efficiency and effectiveness • Drive stakeholder engagement and reporting, ensuring alignment with business and delivery goals

Required Skills & Experience Core Automation & Engineering • Strong experience with automation frameworks: o Selenium, Playwright, Appium o Rest Assured, TestNG • Expertise in multi-platform testing: o Web, Mobile, API, Desktop AI & Innovation • Hands-on experience with: o GenAI-driven testing approaches o RAG-based systems for validation/use case optimisation o Tools like GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor AI • Proven track record of innovation and PoCs in AI-led testing DevOps & Cloud • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps: o Jenkins, GitHub Actions o Docker, Kubernetes • Experience with cloud platforms: o AWS / Azure Test Strategy & Governance • Strong experience in: o Test strategy design o Test lifecycle management o Test governance and reporting • Proven ability to deliver large-scale automation with measurable cost and efficiency benefits Additional Capabilities • Experience with cross-browser and cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Perfecto) • Strong collaboration skills across distributed and multi-project environments • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive quality engineering best practices
