🚀 Senior SDET (Golang & Kubernetes) – Next-Gen AI Platform

📍 UK - Fully Remote
đź’Ľ Permanent

Looking for a Senior SDET who actually enjoys breaking complex distributed systems and wants to scale test frameworks for platforms running AI, LLM, and GPU workloads

I’m working with a really impressive, fast-growing tech business that completely throws corporate ego out the window in favor of actual engineering quality and creativity. They need a heavy-hitting Senior SDET with strong Golang and Kubernetes experience to join their core product team. There’s no rigid blueprint here. If you’re the type of engineer who spots a bottleneck and constructively shakes things up, you’ll fit right in.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Building from scratch: Designing and maintaining robust automated test frameworks and quality engineering solutions using Go.
  • AI Infrastructure: Laying down automated testing strategies across API (gRPC/REST), integration, performance, and reliability testing for systems powering massive model training and inference.
  • Cloud-Native stuff: Testing and deploying solutions on Kubernetes, spinning up Helm charts, and working directly with the Kubernetes API.
  • Shaping the design: Sitting in on architectural discussions with backend, ML, and frontend teams to make sure scalability and testability are baked in before a single line of feature code gets written.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
