Senior Quality Engineer - £70,000 - Hybrid (3 days per week London)

La Fosse have partnered with one of the UK's largest private banks to recruit a Senior Quality Engineer to join their growing Quality Engineering team. This is a hands-on SDET role, ideal for someone passionate about test automation, quality-first engineering, and driving improvements across the software delivery lifecycle.

You'll play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Appium, helping to reduce manual testing efforts while improving quality, efficiency, and delivery speed across a large-scale technology transformation programmes.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks from scratch using tools such as C#, Selenium, Playwright, and Appium.
- Proven track record of driving test automation initiatives and reducing manual testing.
- Experience designing robust, maintainable frameworks across web and mobile applications.
- Experience improving testing efficiency, consistency, and overall product quality through automation.
- Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
