About Reasoned
Reasoned is a platform where students develop real finance skills through institutional-grade courses and simulated trading, while building a verified, data-driven track record of their performance. Employers then identify and recruit candidates on demonstrated ability and a verified Reasoned Score — so students get seen by firms on proven skill, not CVs or personal networks.
We’re scaling fast, and we’re looking for a builder to join the founding team.
The role
This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience shipping a real product, working directly with founders, and growing into a larger role as the company grows. This isn’t a “make coffee” internship — you’ll be writing production code from day one.

What you’ll do
- Build and ship features across the platform (frontend + backend)
- Work directly with the founding team on product and technical decisions
- Help shape our early architecture, tooling, and engineering culture
- Own projects end to end, not just tickets
- Integrate features from partnerships onto our platform
What we’re looking for
- Comfortable with full-stack web development (frontend + backend): Go, Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, React
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — we’re building as we go, but with structure
- Excited to learn fast and take on real responsibility early

Hours
Flexible. No fixed hours — we work in sprints against deadlines. Time commitment varies with the project, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality work on time.
