What You’ll Be Doing
- Work on greenfield development and improvement of existing systems
- Build REST APIs, engineer microservices, and evolve systems critical to our business (e.g. card payments, treasury management, transactions booking, crypto liquidity)
- Our technology stack is predominantly:
- Backend: Java 25
- Database: Postgres
- Framework: Spring Boot for rapid, quality delivery
- We follow a pragmatic approach to business logic, focusing on:
- Clean code
- Maintainability
- Fast turnaround with TDD, DDD, and CI/CD
What You’ll Need
- Demonstrable experience in Backend development, with fluency in Java
- Bachelor’s Degree (or above) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related Engineering/Science discipline
- Quick learner with an ambitious, results-driven personality
- Excellent communication skills, including English fluency (both verbal and written)
- A track record of building complex products used by millions in hyper-growth startups
