About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to guide a cross-functional engineering team responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining modern digital platforms. This hybrid role combines technical leadership with people management, allowing you to contribute directly to software architecture, application development, DevOps practices, and engineering excellence while mentoring a talented team of developers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary software development team.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Contribute hands-on to application development using modern technologies.
- Guide technical architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage development backlogs in Agile environments.
- Support software releases, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote DevOps practices, automation, and cloud-native development.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience with C# and.NET application development.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or similar services.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
- Experience delivering software throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Previous experience leading software development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
