Software Engineer
Junior Developer (Front Office) – Crypto High Frequency Trading Firm
We’re a leading technology-driven crypto and high-frequency trading firm looking for a Junior Developer (Front Office) to join our international engineering team.
This is an exciting role for early-career engineers eager to work end-to-end on cutting-edge trading and crypto systems—designing, building, and supporting applications that run 24/7 in a dynamic global environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining and improving front-office applications and user interfaces using Rust
- Collaborating with senior engineers to design and implement system enhancements
- Contributing to the evolution of trading and crypto platforms
- Working in an agile, non-hierarchical team with an international portfolio

What You’ll Need
- 1–3 years’ experience in software development (preference for a Linux environment)
- Strong proficiency in Rust, C++, or other object-oriented programming languages
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Interest in financial markets, trading systems, or blockchain/crypto
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, reliable code
- Exposure to multithreading, web protocols (REST/WebSocket), or low-latency systems (a plus)
