Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $180K – $250K/yr
About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Software Engineer, Micro Platforms to work full-time in a remote setting. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable micro platforms that support core business services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions within distributed system environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, performant, and reliable micro platform architectures
- Implement and optimize backend services using modern development practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of platforms
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best engineering practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across distributed systems

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, specialized in backend development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
