I'm currently working with an elite FinTech firm that's looking to hire talented Java Developers who enjoy building scalable, high-performance systems in a fast-paced engineering environment.

What you'll be doing:
- Designing and developing high-performance backend systems that support secure messaging, compliance, and data management for leading financial institutions.
- Building scalable Java applications that process large volumes of real-time financial data with high availability and low latency.
- Working closely with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of a modern microservices architecture, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Writing clean, well-tested code and taking part in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements across the engineering team.

What we're looking for:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another relevant technical subject.
- Strong commercial experience developing applications in Java.
- Experience building distributed systems, REST APIs, and microservices, with exposure to technologies such as Spring Boot, Kafka, or similar frameworks.
- A good understanding of databases, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and version control.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
