About the Role
A leading FinTech firm in London is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join its growing technology team. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance trading environment where technology is central to the firm’s success across multiple asset classes.

- High-performance ETL pipelines handling billions of data points every second
- Scalable, reliable, and low-latency software solutions and products
- Research & Development for functional programming (in languages like Rust, Erlang, or purpose-built OCaml-style languages)
- Machine Learning Infrastructure and search models
- Quantitative Logic/Research models for Alpha Generation
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications
- Build robust backend systems using Python and/or modern frontend interfaces using React
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including traders and quants)

Requirements
- 1–5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong Python (backend) and/or React (frontend) expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) is preferred
