About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Exalto Consulting Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing client needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing comprehensive solutions to enhance business operations. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software, such as MS Visio, MS Excel, and project management platforms.
- Proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business needs through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to develop clear and actionable requirements.
- Document current business processes and workflows, and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that align with client objectives and strategic goals.
- Support project management activities by developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met within scope and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and successful project outcomes.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance consulting methodologies and deliver innovative solutions.
