About the Role
The garage phase is officially over, and the launchpad is cleared for this powerhouse team. Having just locked in a massive Series A off the back of hitting seven-figure recurring revenue in under a year, they have proven the market wants exactly what they are building. Now, the real scaling begins. Their cap table reads like a who’s who of the frontier tech elite, backed by world-class investors from DeepMind and OpenAI. They aren’t looking for corporate lifers who crave the safety of a heavily charted map, a predictable 9 to 5 cadence, or paint by numbers instructions. They are hunting for the elite tier of engineers, the builders, the architects, and the owners who see an open, high velocity landscape and immediately want to run toward it.
Stepping into this role means entering the cockpit alongside a founding team that has already executed at the highest levels of global innovation. Every single day, incoming engineers will work shoulder to shoulder with the founders and the founding engineer, operating in a high velocity environment where one week sprints are the norm and momentum is treated as a core asset. The company believes that true engineering excellence and breakthrough speed happen when brilliant minds collide in person, which is why they are strictly committed to an office first culture. Engineers won’t be handed a checklist of tasks here; they will be handed massive, complex problems and given the absolute autonomy to architect production-grade software that immediately impacts real-world businesses.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Right now, the company is radically reinventing how intellectual property is created, defended, and scaled, using their platform to draft patents, counter patent office actions, and detect infringement at lightning speed. But that is merely the first chapter of their story. The grand vision is to become the ultimate operating layer for global innovation itself. A definitive platform that empowers inventors, elite research teams, and professionals to move faster than humanity ever has before. To build this infrastructure, they need a formidable back end powerhouse who possesses a deep systems mindset, someone who inherently understands how complex data flows impact the end user experience. While their core service is currently written in Java, an engineer's sheer adaptability, hunger, and curiosity matter far more to them than any specific language label.
