Software Engineer
Location: Manchester - Hybrid
Salary: up to £55,000 plus bonus
We're working with a leading global technology and professional services organisation that delivers innovative digital, cloud and engineering solutions across a wide range of industries. This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled engineering team, building modern applications and working on large-scale projects that impact millions of users.
As a Software Engineer, you'll develop cloud-native applications and services in an agile environment, working with modern technologies and deployment practices. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions while ensuring quality through testing, security and performance best practices.

What You'll Need as a Software Engineer
- Commercial experience with Java, TypeScript, Python, Go or C#.
- Experience with a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, Vue or Svelte.
- Experience with AWS (Azure or GCP knowledge is beneficial).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK or Pulumi.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, security and performance best practices.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, such as Elasticsearch, is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills and experience delivering technical solutions.
- Eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance (5 years' continuous UK address history required).
