Software Engineer Talent Pool
In anticipation of upcoming client needs with one of our premier management consulting firms, we are building a talent community of Software Engineers who are passionate about delivering high-quality services. Availability: We are expecting projects to start in August on a rolling basis.
Contract: Project durations will vary based on client needs.
Anticipated Hours: 40+ per week
Locations: Project locations will vary across the UK, including remote but must reside in the UK.
Travel: 80% travel required.
This position is W-2 only.
No third parties. We are engaging directly with candidates only.
Overview
Contributing to the development and deployment of new and existing products, you’ll write high-quality code that allows us to put solutions into production and take part in code reviews and paired-programming sessions. By using your engineering creativity, you’ll also own and drive product decisions as a core part of the product team.

Qualifications
- You have a degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering—or the equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience—and a passion for producing high-quality code.
- You’ll also:
- Have 4+ years of experience using tools like Python, Kedro, AWS, Azure, Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes, Django, Flask, FastAPI and MySQL / Postgres
- Have strong experience building APIs and working with frameworks
- Advocate using the right tech for the right task—you’ll be up to date with the latest technologies and ensure we make the relevant changes when needed
- Be interested in or have some AI development experience
- Believe in iterative change, enjoy experimenting with new approaches, as well as learning and improving to move forward faster
- Be highly collaborative, capable of putting aside your own agenda and listening and learning from colleagues
- Have natural enthusiasm and enjoy sharing your passion with others

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.
- As a contractor, you will be paid for the time you work; this does not include paid time off (PTO) or holidays. If you participate in our Payroll Services (W2) engagement, you may be eligible for Paid Sick Leave (PSL), depending on your work location and state-specific regulations.
