We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join a growing fintech environment, contributing to the development of secure, scalable platforms that support real-world financial services.

Working within a collaborative, Agile team, you’ll play a key role in building and enhancing high-performance systems that process large volumes of transactions, while gaining exposure to modern technologies and best practices.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering High-Quality Software

  • Supporting requirements gathering to ensure clear and deliverable outcomes
  • Designing and developing software solutions aligned to business and user needs
  • Building systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance
  • Contributing to the full software development lifecycle

Working in Agile Teams

  • Participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Collaborating closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across processes and delivery

Continuous Learning & Support

  • Staying up to date with modern tools, technologies, and development practices
  • Providing support and technical input across the wider organisation
  • Contributing ideas to improve systems, performance, and delivery

What Makes You Stand Out

  • You’re a driven engineer with a passion for learning and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Experience with C# and.NET development
  • Knowledge of SQL Server or similar database technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Experience working in Agile or collaborative development environments
  • Understanding of software and system environments, including networking basics
  • Exposure to Azure or cloud technologies is advantageous
  • Front-end development experience is beneficial
