We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join a growing fintech environment, contributing to the development of secure, scalable platforms that support real-world financial services.
Working within a collaborative, Agile team, you’ll play a key role in building and enhancing high-performance systems that process large volumes of transactions, while gaining exposure to modern technologies and best practices.

What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering High-Quality Software
- Supporting requirements gathering to ensure clear and deliverable outcomes
- Designing and developing software solutions aligned to business and user needs
- Building systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Contributing to the full software development lifecycle

Working in Agile Teams
- Participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborating closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
- Contributing to continuous improvement across processes and delivery
Continuous Learning & Support
- Staying up to date with modern tools, technologies, and development practices
- Providing support and technical input across the wider organisation
- Contributing ideas to improve systems, performance, and delivery
What Makes You Stand Out
- You’re a driven engineer with a passion for learning and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Experience with C# and.NET development
- Knowledge of SQL Server or similar database technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Experience working in Agile or collaborative development environments
- Understanding of software and system environments, including networking basics
- Exposure to Azure or cloud technologies is advantageous
- Front-end development experience is beneficial
