Description
The successful candidate will join a team which develops betting solutions. This entails the development of mathematical/statistical models and high-performance algorithms; efficient coding; automation of betting operations; data generation, acquisition, storage and manipulation; and performance analysis through back-testing and simulations.
We are a close-knit team with a great atmosphere, looking for someone who takes pride in writing solid code and enjoys problem solving.
The core technologies used are Node.js and SQL. Non essential but additional helpful skills are Python and typescript.

This is an office based role where you will be expected to be in our London office 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our data scientists to understand (and challenge) their requirements.
- Design, build, test and deliver IO, data processing and automation software.
- Develop using Node.js.
- Design and implement suitable back-end storage with a bias to SQL RDBMS.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- Minimum of 2-3 years commercial development experience.
- Strong experience working with Node.js.
- Full-stack development experience is preferred.
- Experience with Node.js automation and scraping (ideally Puppeteer).
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or similar.
- Experience with Python is helpful but not required.
- Knowledge or interest in our industry is preferred.
