Role Overview
My client has a number of ongoing research projects at the moment and require a full-time, permanent Software Engineer who will play an important role in building and maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports these projects and the wider organisation.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer you'll design, develop and maintain software and technical infrastructure that supports education research and teacher development. Working with developers, researchers and other stakeholders, you'll build secure, scalable and reliable systems, develop research pipelines and supporting tools, and apply software engineering and DevOps best practices to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

You’ll also help shape platform architecture, improve system performance, monitoring and developer experience, and support the maintenance and troubleshooting of production systems. Knowledge and use of relevant programming languages like R, Python, JavaScript etc will be crucial.
