Internship Opportunity

A paid, full-time, 6-month internship at a fast-moving startup. First half remote. Second half in Dubai, on us.

The Offer

  • Months 1 to 3. Remote. Production work from week one. This is where we find out if you can operate at our pace.
  • Months 4 to 6. In person in Dubai. Visa sponsored, flights covered, shared team housing.
  • After. Strong performers get first look at a full-time role.

The Room

Small startup. Senior engineers who have shipped serious things and chose to build here instead. The bar is high and matching the pace is expected.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Filter

One thing carries more weight than anything else on your CV: you have already built something. Personal projects, open source, tools you built for yourself. Show us the code.

We look for:

  • Range. Side projects, hackathons, open source, freelance builds. Volume of finished work beats a polished CV every time.
  • Urgency. If it can ship today, it ships today.
  • Resourcefulness. Docs, Discord, reverse-engineering an API, whatever it takes to get unstuck.
