What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of software engineers. (Tech wise they're AWS Serverless, PHP/Laravel, Javascript/Typescript)
- Own delivery, planning, and technical priorities for the team.
- Work with Product and Tech Leads to shape architecture and roadmaps.
- Drive engineering best practices across quality, testing, and observability.
- Support hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
- Champion continuous improvement across tooling, automation, and delivery.
