Software Engineering Technical Leader

Your Role and Impact

Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design and development of projects and features, contributing code and user documentation. Enable your team by resolving complex challenges and collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams. Own technical deliverables from conception to completion.

AI Innovation: Provide guidance and leadership in AI-driven projects, shaping architecture, best practices, and responsible innovation.

End-to-End Development: Lead agile development cycles, including designing, building, testing, and deploying new features and product enhancements.

DevOps & Microservices: Influence and operate scalable, reliable microservice architectures with a focus on observability, deployment quality, and operational readiness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, UX, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear technical plans.

Problem Solving & Adaptability: Day-to-day resolution of diverse, challenging problems. Demonstrate flexibility and a data-driven quality focus, along with rapid learning capabilities.

Ownership & Quality: Take full responsibility for technical results, including feature development, automated testing, and issue resolution. Maintain meticulous attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field, such as:
- Computer Science
- Software/Electronic Engineering
-
Proficiency in:
- Java and/or Python
- Experience with Spring Boot applications
- Ability to assess and pragmatically adopt new technologies

Over 10 years of software development experience, including:
- At least 3 years in technical leadership roles influencing architecture and mentoring engineers

Strong problem-solving skills, with a scientific and creative approach to complex challenges

Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in diverse teams and capable of effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Commitment to quality and continuous learning, with a strong attention to detail

- Experience in building secure, cloud-scale RESTful APIs, focusing on:
- Secure coding
- Monitoring, logging, and traceability
Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing and maintaining robust data pipelines across distributed and cloud environments.

Knowledge of:
- OAuth 2.0
- OIDC
- JWT
- SSO
- Identity platform integrations

Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems.

Familiarity with:
- Git
- DevOps practices
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery

Experience designing and deploying agentic AI architectures for product administration, including:
- Managed configuration access
- SQL agents
- Safe feedback loops
