Software Implementation Consultant

Location: Scotland (Remote)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance

About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a growing SaaS software company looking to hire an experienced Software Implementation Consultant to join their professional services team.

  • This is a predominantly remote role, however you must be based in Scotland and willing to travel regularly to customer sites across Scotland. There will also be occasional international travel to customer locations in the USA, Mexico, and France.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving business challenges, and delivering successful software implementations from discovery through to go-live.

The Role

As a Software Implementation Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to understand their business processes, configure software solutions, manage implementation projects, and ensure successful adoption of the platform.

  • You'll act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, balancing multiple customer projects while collaborating with internal product, technical and delivery teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
