Help Shape the Future of Housing Asset Management
Every day, housing providers across the UK are balancing growing compliance demands, ageing housing stock, increasing tenant expectations, and the pressure to do more with less. Behind every successful repairs programme, compliance inspection, stock condition survey, and planned investment strategy is one critical factor: accurate, accessible asset intelligence.
At Totalmobile, we believe frontline teams deserve better technology. Technology that connects people, assets, data, and decisions. Technology that helps housing organisations move from reactive maintenance to proactive asset management.
That's where you come in.
We're looking for an experienced Software Implementation Consultant who understands the challenges social housing providers face and has successfully delivered asset management technology solutions within the sector. Whether you've implemented housing asset management platforms, compliance systems, stock condition solutions, repairs technology, or wider property management software, you'll play a key role in helping our customers modernise the way they manage and maintain their housing assets.
A Business Going Through a Defining Moment
This is an exciting time to join Totalmobile. In 2026, Totalmobile and German field service technology leader Solvares Group joined forces to create one of the world's most comprehensive providers of field service and workforce optimisation software, bringing together more than 800 employees and supporting over 4,000 customers across Europe, the UK and Australia.
Our journey doesn't stop there.
Having established a strong presence across the UK and Ireland and expanded successfully into Australia, we have continued our international growth with the launch of our Canadian operations in 2026, further extending the reach of our Field First platform into new markets.
Despite our global growth, we remain focused on what matters most: helping organisations deliver better services through smarter field operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Product
You will lead the implementation of Totalmobile's Field Asset Management solution, helping social housing organisations gain complete visibility and control over their property assets throughout their lifecycle.
Our solution enables housing providers to manage asset data more effectively, improve compliance management, streamline inspections, support planned investment programmes, and make informed decisions based on real-time information from the field.
By connecting frontline teams with accurate asset intelligence, housing organisations can improve service delivery, reduce risk, optimise spend, and create safer homes for residents.
The Opportunity
You'll become a trusted advisor to housing providers, working alongside asset managers, compliance teams, property services leaders, surveyors, and operational stakeholders to understand their challenges and design solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
From discovery workshops and business process mapping through to solution configuration, training, testing, go-live, and ongoing optimisation, you'll guide customers through their entire transformation journey.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, Product Teams, Developers, Customer Success Managers, and Account Directors to ensure every implementation delivers real value while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience.
You'll also have opportunities to support demonstrations, pre-sales engagements, and strategic customer discussions, helping organisations understand how technology can transform the management of their housing assets.
Who We're Looking For
You understand social housing because you've worked in it.
Perhaps you've implemented housing asset management software, compliance solutions, repairs and maintenance systems, stock condition platforms, property management applications, or wider field service technology for housing associations, local authorities, ALMOs, or housing contractors. You know that successful implementations aren't just about configuration. They're about understanding business processes, engaging stakeholders, managing change, and helping customers achieve better outcomes.
