Job Description

As a Software Product Development Manager, your vision will help to shape the future of our Player Account Management platform and ensure we remain an industry leader.

You will join our Software Product Development department, where we build our bespoke, in-house technology from the ground up and handle massive scale, high concurrency, and real-time data.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear direction to our development teams to oversee the entire product lifecycle.
  • The continuous development and enhancement of our platform will be your focus, ensuring we meet evolving user needs and wider business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience working on customer-facing digital products.
  • Proven track record of product launches and continuous improvement that will achieve business goals.
  • Background in delivering mobile application products and services.
  • Strong grasp of product lifecycles, continuous customer discovery and user research.
  • Specific knowledge of onboarding and verification within account management.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into achievable product plans.
  • Understanding of customer account management and the gambling industry.
  • Technical experience using AI to support product development and improve delivery outcomes.
  • Confidence in analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve results.

Additional Information

  • Conducting comprehensive market research, competitor analysis and customer trend analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborating on the development and refinement of a product strategy and roadmap.
  • Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch.
  • Producing effective product requirements and providing real-time consultancy to development teams.
  • Prioritizing your workload effectively to ensure timely delivery and maximum value.
  • Focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Overseeing the monitoring of products and functionalities using defined objectives and KPIs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Challenging assumptions, requirements and decisions constructively to foster innovation.
