Software Technical Lead
Location: Cheshire - Hybrid
Salary: £60,000 & bonus
Maxwell Bond have partnered with an established Software business who are looking for an experienced Software Technical Lead to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity to combine hands-on development with technical leadership, taking ownership of architecture, mentoring developers and helping shape the future of a suite of enterprise software products built on the Microsoft technology stack.
What you'll do as Software Technical Lead:
- Take ownership of the designs and development of scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Technologies.
- Lead and mentor a small development team while driving engineering best practices.
- Work closely with Technical Analysts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What they're looking for as Software Technical Lead:
- Strong experience with Microsoft tech stack,.NET, C#, .NET Core and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proven experience working on application software development, ideally for large-lifecycle systems.
- Knowledge of Azure and cloud technologies would be preferable, alongside mentoring and up-skilling juniors.
