The Role
As a member of our Waiting Staff team, you will deliver outstanding service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams.
- Upsell menu items and promote hotel experiences where appropriate.
About You
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
- Friendly, confident, and professional.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is desirable.
