Job Description: Software Tester (Player Account Management)

About the Role
Join our Software Testing team as a Software Tester, ensuring unparalleled quality in our Player Account Management platform. You’ll contribute to the future of our business while working alongside industry-leading experts in Regulatory Delivery.
As part of this role, you'll focus on Risk, Compliance, Limits, and Self-Exclusion signals, leveraging AI and cutting-edge technology. The hybrid model allows you to balance remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, and Developers to analyse business and technical needs.
- Define and refine testing strategies, creating BDD feature files using Gherkin syntax.
- Provide time estimates for testing phases, focusing on quality and efficiency.
- Execute QA on responsible gambling projects and technical issues.
- Report defects via Jira, ensuring through resolution.
- Communicate progress and escalate issues as needed.
- Work with SMEs to enhance product knowledge and testing practices.
- Assist in planning software delivery initiatives.
- Foster cross-departmental relationships while proposing innovative ideas.
Requirements
- Strong awareness of Responsible Gambling principles, including risk, regulations, player limits, and self-exclusion.
- Proficiency in BDD (Gherkin syntax), with experience crafting clear test cases.
- Ability to parse markdown files and technical API schemas.
- Quick adaptation to shifting requirements and a positive, responsive attitude.
- Independence or teamwork based on project demands.
- Analytical, detail-oriented approach.
