This expert-led programme will help you understand how organisations plan, execute, automate, and improve software testing processes through manual testing, automation frameworks, defect management, Agile testing methodologies, and real-world software testing case studies.
What You'll Learn
- Software Testing Fundamentals and Quality Assurance Best Practices
- Manual Testing Techniques and Test Case Design
- Test Automation Concepts using Selenium, Cypress, and API Testing Tools
- Defect Tracking, Bug Reporting, and Test Management
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)
- Agile Testing Practices and Communicating Testing Results to Development Teams
What You'll Do
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and software applications
- Perform functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing
- Identify, document, prioritise, and track software defects using industry-standard practices
- Explore automation testing concepts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman
- Collaborate with developers through structured QA tasks and mentor feedback
- Complete a real-world software testing case study and create an interview-ready portfolio project
