I am currently supporting one of our brands, Nology, in their search for a Software Trainer. Nology is a hire, train, and deploy agency that takes people from all different backgrounds and provides them a way to get into the tech industry.

Role Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading the delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of Nology's technical and future skills programmes.
The role combines curriculum leadership, coach development, learner success, consultant readiness, client engagement, and operational oversight to ensure outstanding outcomes for learners, clients, and the business.
Requirements
- Significant experience in technical training, coaching, or learning delivery.
- A strong foundation in Software Engineering, data, cloud, or similar.
- If you have come from a consulting, code training, or early careers background, this will be a bonus.

Compensation
Salary is between £50,000 - £55,000 and this is a remote-first role with meetups in London and occasional site visits.
