About the Role
A growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Software Trainer (IT Trainer) to design, develop, and deliver in-house training solutions for the legal sector. The role involves collaborating with Leadership & Development (L&D), Change Management, and Project Teams to support both business-as-usual (BAU) and project-specific training.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive IT Training strategy, including materials in multiple formats (e.g., workshops, e-learning, guides)
- Oversee onboarding and refresher training, creating engaging and effective learning content
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather user feedback to refine programmes
- Support end-users post-implementation during IT/system transitions
- Administer and track training activities, ensuring compliance and impact
Requirements
- Essential:
- Proven IT/Training experience, preferably within the legal sector (desirable)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, IT systems, and law-firm software
- Expertise in handling complex systems and multiple software applications
- Strong passion for Learning & Development (L&D) and technical communication
