As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Training Team Lead to lead our talented team of Training Consultants, helping them deliver outstanding learning experiences that enable schools to get the very best from iSAMS.

Whether you're already leading a software training team or you're an experienced Senior Training Consultant ready to take the next step into leadership, this role offers the opportunity to genuinely influence the future of our training function.
Working closely with the Professional Services Manager, you'll lead an established remote team, help shape the direction of training across iSAMS and play an important part in the continued growth of one of the UK's leading education technology providers.

You'll influence how we coach our people, improve our training offering, strengthen customer relationships and help shape the future direction of the iSAMS Training team.
This is far more than a people management role - you'll become a key leader within Professional Services, driving improvements that benefit both customers and colleagues.
About the Team You'll Join
You'll lead a team of 12 remote-based Training Consultants and Senior Training Consultants, with further growth expected over the coming months.
The team delivers instructor-led software training, webinars and consultancy to schools across the UK and internationally, helping thousands of users confidently adopt iSAMS.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
