SOHO Coffee Supervisor (Part Time)
Supervisors work with the store manager, team, and wider business to fulfil our vision of: Honest, good mood food, crafted coffee, and drinks – proudly served, delivering soul at scale.
Supervisors collaborate with the team to fulfil our mission: Good is always served. To curate quality product and welcoming environments, to secure the return visit. To always be good for colleagues and customer.
Requirements
- People person with fantastic front of house skills
- Great attention to detail
- Desire to learn and really love what you do
- Customer service experience, particularly within a high-volume food and drink business or the hospitality industry

- Champion your team to ensure SOHO brand standards & high product quality are met & delivered every time
- Run brilliant shifts to ensure customers are well looked after
- Share passion and personality with customers and team to create a fantastic environment
- Demonstrate company values daily by being flexible & working where the team needs you most
- Be masters in customer service and strive to make a positive difference to every customer's day
- Be proud to serve amazing food, produce delicious drinks, and craft beautiful coffees
