Soho Sonic is hiring a Booking Manager

Soho Sonic is hiring a Booking Manager to run bookings and client communication across our Music and Media departments, with some additional scheduling support for the Directors and A&R team. Based across our Soho and Camden studios.

About Soho Sonic

Soho Sonic Studios is a recording and post-production studio group with sites in Soho and Camden, working across music production, mixing and mastering, and media services including ADR, voiceover, podcast, and sound design. We work with clients ranging from first-time artists to production houses and agencies with recurring, high-volume needs.

About the Role

This role manages the full booking process from enquiry to invoicing, coordinates with engineers and producers, and keeps the studio calendar and client communications running smoothly across both sites. It also includes some scheduling and admin support for the Directors and coordination of A&R session bookings.

What You'll Do

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Manage the studio inbox: respond to enquiries, quote rates, and check engineer and studio availability across both sites
  • Confirm bookings end-to-end — invoicing via Xero, collecting session details, and coordinating with engineers and producers
  • Manage the shared studio calendar, keeping Music, Media, and internal sessions clearly organised and conflict-free
  • Handle day-before session prep: confirming with engineers, chasing session material, and getting everything ready to go
  • Coordinate scheduling for A&R sessions and meetings, and support the Artist Development Manager with bookings — including funnelling enquiries through to the right person on the team
  • Provide light scheduling support for the Directors where it overlaps with studio bookings (e.g. client meetings), plus light business admin such as booking flights and travel, and handling post and other day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain relationships with returning clients and agencies, and escalate to management where needed
