What You’ll Be Doing (Your Mission)
As the technical expert and trusted advisor at Spark Solar:
- Deliver high touch, insightful home root assessments to uncover each customer’s unique needs.
- Custom design energy solutions and consultatively close bespoke deals with confidence.
- Own your pipeline, wrap up follow-ups, and take pride in exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead with constant mastery of solar technology trends, UK energy market shifts, and battery storage innovations.
Requirements for You
You’re not just a salesperson—you’re a growth-minded closer. Bring:
✔ 2+ years of field sales, direct sales, or high-end retail experience—getting paid to speak and close earnestly. ✔ A natural closing mentality: Self-driven, results-hungry, and fearless in risk-taking for success. ✔ Inbuilt people skills: Can rapidly bond with new contacts, speak with clarity, and actively listen to advice to provide tailored recommendations. ✔ Iron-clad organisation* with multi-city travel management— sıze a busy calendar, own tracing, and plan your layout. ✔ Solid tech comfort: CRM tools (like Salesforce or Xero) + Excel handling for reporting. ✔ Valid UK driving licence + family vehicle (no need for work leasing at first).
