Technical Solar & Battery Installation Manager – London South (Solar PV & Battery UK Transition Leadership)

Are you passionate about accelerating the UK’s transition to clean energy? Installio, one of the UK’s fastest-growing renewable installation companies and trusted partner for solar retailers, installers, and manufacturers, is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Solar PV & Battery Installation Manager to join our team and help build the leading name for domestic renewable installations.

About the Role

This critical role requires an experienced solar and battery electrician to oversee and manage installation teams in the South of London area, ensuring quality assurance, technical support, and compliance for residential solar and battery systems. The role offers an excellent opportunity to move into a supervisory position on either a permanent or contract basis.

Successfully managing teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring installs meet MCS, G99/G100, and building regulations standards will define this position at the forefront of the UK’s clean energy transition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
