We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, experienced and highly motivated Electrician to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for completing a mixture of solar installation, solar panel and EV servicing as well as inspection, testing, fault finding and remedial work on both commercial and domestic properties.
With excellent communication skills, you’ll collaborate closely with our office team; managing your own workload, communicating effectively with suppliers and act as key point of contact for customers, ensuring their technical questions are answered, whilst providing best in class customer service.
As part of our servicing program, you’ll ensure that all installations meet our high standards for quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all sites comply with health & safety regulations.
- Service EV charging points, solar panels, and perform remedial electrical work as needed.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding materials and logistics for efficient project execution.
- Inspect, test, fault find and write up reports following site visits.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while driving continual improvement in standards.
- Travel to various UK sites, as the majority of your time will be spent on-site.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone who is dedicated, professional, and passionate about delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise and excellent communication skills to the team.
Experience of solar and EV charging point installations is desirable, but not essential. If you’re a qualified electrician, from a maintenance and servicing background who is ready for a new and exciting challenge, we want to hear from you!
Essentials:
- 18th Edition qualified.
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- ECS Card with additional safety qualifications for working at heights, confined spaces, etc.
- Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong IT skills.
- Valid full UK driving license.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good problem solving and installation skills.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

Desirable:
- Experience in the solar PV industry is ideal but not essential – full training will be provided on solar and EV charging installations.
Your base of Operations: Office, warehouse, and beyond
Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we’re looking for candidates based in the Ringwood, Hampshire area. The position will involve some travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Our working hours are 40 a week, Monday - Friday.
