Job Role: Electrician (Solar PV & Electrical Contractor)

Requirements
- Qualified to 18th Edition electrical standards
- Fully Qualified Electrician (Gold Card standard preferred)
- Solar PV & EESS-rated certificates (highly preferred)
- At least 5 years’ industry experience in solar PV
- Hands-on experience in:
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of solar PV systems
- Fault finding and troubleshooting solar PV systems
- Technical knowledge of inverters, panels & mounting systems
- Inspection & testing (qualifications preferred)
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Soft skills:
- Driven, loyal, dynamic and motivated
- Excellent verbal communication
- Team player, punctual & dependable

Responsibilities
Installation & Maintenance
- Install solar PV systems on residential and commercial properties
- Perform service & maintenance checks on solar PV systems
- Complete reactive repairs, including fault-finding and troubleshooting

Technical & Compliance Duties
- Execute system upgrades to the highest quality standards
- Conduct site surveys and assessments
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards
Professional Conduct
- Maintain a professional & courteous approach to all tasks
- Keep all worksites clean, tidy and presentable
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of;
- Installation/service reports
- Work reports
- Instructions & documentation
- Electronic timesheets
