The Opportunity
Due to continued expansion and strong market demand, they are seeking a full-time Solar PV Installer (Carpenter/Roofer) to join their installation team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to build a long-term career in renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities
- Install Solar PV systems on domestic, commercial, and agricultural roofs.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding project progress or changes.
- Work closely with the team lead and support colleagues as required.
- Coordinate with the electrical team to ensure timely project delivery.
- Complete all work to a consistently high standard within allocated timeframes.
- Prepare and submit all documentation required for project completion and grant applications.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in roofing or carpentry.
- Solar PV installation experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Full clean driving licence with willingness to travel to various project sites on both sides of the border.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Comfortable working at height; physically agile and safety-focused.
- Motivated to learn, develop, and progress within the company.
- Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and Working at Heights certifications.
