Earnings: Uncapped commission
Package
The company is open to discussing the right package depending on experience, performance history, and preferred working structure.
Current options include:
- 5% commission-only, or
- £14 per hour, fuel expenses, and 4% commission
Average order values are approximately £10,000. Salary, commission, fuel support, and working arrangements may all be negotiable for the right candidate.
The Role
Valoris Group is recruiting for a growing renewable energy business expanding its solar sales team due to increased customer demand.

You will attend pre-qualified appointments, meet customers at their homes, and advise them on suitable Solar PV and battery storage systems.
This is primarily a closing role rather than a cold-calling position, with high-intent appointments provided.
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-qualified customer appointments
- Explain Solar PV and battery storage options
- Produce quotations and customer proposals
- Convert appointments into completed sales
- Follow up outstanding quotations
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Work closely with the design and installation teams

Requirements
- Previous field sales or in-home sales experience
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Confident discussing pricing and return on investment
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Solar, renewable energy, or home improvement sales experience would be highly advantageous.
