The Role & Team
An exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor (2 PQE) to join Brabners' Manchester office, joining our Investment & Property Management team within the Real Estate Group.
The Team
- A dynamic group of experienced property lawyers
- Deliver efficient, cost-effective legal services for commercial real estate
- Handle a breadth of transactions, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Asset management
- Corporate support

About You
Essential Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with approximately 2 years' PQE (Post Qualifying Experience), preferably with:
- Commercial property or real estate expertise
Experience
- Relevant training contract or equivalent qualification, including exposure to:
- Property transactions
- Asset management
Skills & Attributes
- Superior drafting & organisational skills with a defect-free attention to detail
- Commercially astute, delivering practical, client-centric legal insights
- Caseload self-management:
- Ability to handle a varied workload independently
- Balance individual tasks with team collaboration
- Strong communication:
- Build positive client and colleague relationships
