About the Role
We are looking for Grade A, B, C and D qualified solicitors (or similar) who can hit the ground running to join our growing Medical Negligence Team in either the Hull, Manchester or Newcastle office.
You will manage your own caseload of medical negligence claims from start to finish, working closely with clients, medical experts and counsel to achieve the best possible outcomes. Also, there is the potential to have the opportunity to get involved in larger group actions and high-profile cases alongside senior colleagues.

What you will need
- Experience working on medical negligence claims.
- To have a sound understanding of the Pre-Action Protocol for Clinical Disputes and the CPR.
- The ability to analyse and interpret medical evidence.
- Knowledge of using case management software, ideally Proclaim.
- Strong client care skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- AvMa, Law Society clinical negligence panel or APIL membership (desired).
