What if you could earn more than a partner — without the politics, pressure, or practice overheads?

We’re helping property law solicitors in Birmingham explore a self-employment opportunity with a unique twist.

This isn’t just “go out on your own and figure it out.”

We’re working with a specialist network that provides access to pre-qualified clients in the healthcare sector — alongside the infrastructure, support, and systems you need to build a sustainable, independent practice.

By applying, you get the best of both worlds:

  • A pathway into self-employment with support
  • Access to existing client demand (for the right practice areas)
  • A proven system to build your own client base over time

Practice Area Focus

Wills and Estate Planning Law.

This opportunity is particularly suited to lawyers whose work is relevant to medical professionals, including:

  • Doctors
  • Medical practices
  • Healthcare businesses

If your expertise aligns with this client base, there is a strong opportunity to step into immediate, serviceable work while continuing to grow your own practice at the same time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
