Role: Residential Property Solicitor (2-5PQE)
Location: Worcester Office
Hours: 4-5 days per week

The Residential Team
You will work alongside Partner Sharon Lerry and other fee-earning and support colleagues at our Worcester office. Our Residential team operates from mfg’s Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Telford, Worcester, and Ludlow offices.
Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by…
- Managing a caseload from instruction to completion including sales, purchases, both freehold and leasehold re-mortgages, ensuring excellent client service is achieved at all times.
Further Responsibilities
- Managing capacity levels and working towards achieving monthly targets.
- Understanding and adhering to regulatory body’s rules and regulations e.g. SRA.
- Working within a case management system.
- Keeping abreast of changes in property law and regulations and ensuring that all conveyancing processes adhere to CQS requirements, current best practice, and standards.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to property transactions and client interactions.

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years PQE in Residential Property conveyancing.
- Proven experience handling a variety of conveyancing matters.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
