Company Commercial Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established and highly respected multi-service law firm with an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, we are supporting them to recruit an ambitious and driven Company Commercial Lawyer to join their thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who is ready to hit the ground running and is looking to work on a broad range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload including, but not limited to:

  • Solvent restructurings
  • Shareholders' agreements
  • Commercial contracts
  • Terms and conditions
  • Joint ventures
  • Partnership agreements
  • Mergers and acquisition / Corporate finance
  • General company commercial matters

About You:

  • A motivated and ambitious Company Commercial Lawyer 1 year+ PQE in England and Wales.
  • Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
  • Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
