Employment Solicitor (Ideally 1–4 Years' PQE)

We are looking to recruit a talented Employment Solicitor to join our growing team. While this role is ideally suited to a solicitor with between 1 and 4 years' post-qualification experience, we welcome applications from candidates with more or less experience who can demonstrate the required skills, technical ability, and enthusiasm for employment law.

Our work includes advising on:

  • Executive service agreements and exits
  • Bonus and incentive disputes
  • Unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal claims
  • Discrimination and whistleblowing matters

  • Share options and incentive arrangements
  • TUPE and business transfers
  • Partnership and LLP disputes

We act predominantly for directors, partners, senior executives, and professionals, often on matters involving significant financial and reputational issues. We also advise SMEs and owner-managed businesses on a broad range of employment law matters.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer to develop their career within a specialist, highly regarded firm.

Candidates should have:

  • Strong employment law experience, whether gained in a specialist employment practice or a broader commercial firm
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • Strong drafting and analytical abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters and building client relationships
  • A proactive and commercial approach

Experience of employment tribunal litigation, High Court litigation, and/or corporate support work would be advantageous, but is not essential.
